I am finally posting the pictures of Kylee and Chase's carved pumpkins and from Halloween. This year Kylee was a ballerina...super easy costume choice since she had everything except for the leotard. I bought her a plain black leotard and put some scrapbooking rhinestone stickers around the neck and cuffs of the wrists. She wore her black church shoes and pantyhose and viola...ballerina. Chase decided he wanted to be a race car driver...his costume was pretty easy I found some black pants and a black sweatshirt for him to wear and then just printed different logos from the computer and glued them on his shirt. The labels were things he likes for the most part...for instance, he had labels for sesame street, word world, cheerios, huggies, milk, john deere tractors, etc... he was so excited to be a race car driver. Ryan made a cardboard race car to fit over a little tykes car we have. He did a fantastic job, he painted it and we glued some logos on the car and we had a race car driver for Halloween. We went to Trunk or Treat at the church and then headed home where Ryan took the kids out to go up and down a couple of the streets in the neighborhood while I stayed home to pass out candy. Kylee and Chase had a great time and got way to much candy...ah the joys of childhood.
Ryan and I have been married since November 2001. We have two of the best kids, Kylee (6) and Chase (2). We moved to Idaho from Kansas in May 2007 due to Ryan's job. We are getting to know the area and are falling in love with Idaho.

Well, one of the joys of childhood is that you can never have too much candy. Their costumes were super cute. The easy ones are the best.
