We're Still Here

Just to let you know we have not fallen off the face of the earth...we are still here. The past few weeks have been pretty busy so I have not updated our blog, except to change a couple of minor things. I decided to change the background to our blog to something to do with snow in honor of all the snow we are having in December. I just read today that this is the 2nd snowiest December ever in the Treasure Valley...yea!! Can you tell I am excited. I am definitely ready for warm weather to melt all the snow and ice...I am not a winter person!
Here are a few of the things we have been up to lately...
* Kylee being home from school for winter break
* Making lots of holiday treats
* Playing in all the snow
* Watching the Boise State bowl game with friends, to bad BSU lost
* Having a wonderful Christmas holiday, Ryan even got to be home on the 24th and 26th (I will soon post pictures of our holiday)
*Got up early to hit the after Christmas Sales (scored a set of Christmas dishes for $7.00 and new wreath for $12.00--yea!!)
* Playing in the snow some more
* Now we are looking forward to Happy New Year

I have spent way to much money on the after Christmas sales at Target and Cost Plus World Market! I can't wait for next Christmas to enjoy my great finds!!!!

Life does get so busy this time of year. I think it's kind of ironic considering what the season is really about. I am glad that you guys had a good Christmas. SOrry about all the snow, though. We got quite a bit for a few weeks then nothing. My kids are a little disappointed. SO am I honestly, only because we had to go out and buy them snow boots so they could actually play in the snow for more than ten minutes. I need more snow so they can use those stinking boots!!
